How to Fix: Hulu Keeps Freezing on Windows [5 Methods]

Method 1: Restart your Router
Hulu keeps freezing or buffering might happen due to slow Internet speed. You should try restarting or power cycling the router at first. Method 2: Clear Browsing Cache
