Windows 10 was released as the successor to Windows 8.1 on July 15, 2015. It is one of the most popular operating systems provided by Microsoft and over one billion users have installed it on their computers.

Windows 10 is a great operating system. However, on October 5, 2021, Microsoft released Windows 11 officially, and it seems that a lot of Windows 10 users have upgraded to Windows 11 since then. Windows 10 1909 End of Life

Microsoft has announced Windows 10 1909 end of life, and the following Windows 10 1909 editions reached the end of servicing on May 11, 2021:

  • Windows 10 Home
  • Windows 10 Pro
  • Windows 10 Pro Education
  • Windows 10 Pro for Workstations

What does Windows 10 1909 end of life? Once a Windows version reaches the end of servicing, the operating system still works properly but you will never receive any new security updates on this device. For better use, it is better to update your Windows 10 to the latest version and you can contact Microsoft Support to get the tutorial.

Windows 10 1809 End of Life

The editions of Windows 10 1809 listed below came to the end of life on May 11, 2021:

  • Windows 10 Education
  • Windows 10 Enterprise
  • Windows 10 IoT Enterprise

In another word, you won’t receive any new updates from Microsoft since May 11, 2021.

Windows 10 1803 End of Life

Windows 10, version 1803 of the following editions came to the end of life on November 12, 2019:

  • Windows 10 Home
  • Windows 10 Pro
  • Windows 10 Pro for Workstations
  • Windows 10 IoT Core

On May 11, 2021, Windows 10 version 1803 of Enterprise, Education, and IoT Enterprise reached the end of life, too.

Can I Continue to Use Windows 10?
